We’re excited to have the opportunity to present a comprehensive and creative set of menus for events at MITRE. Our goal is simple: we’re here to make you happy. Our people work tirelessly to ensure that your experience meets and exceeds expectations.

We kindly ask that you place your order as early as possible, but no later than 72 hours when planning hot food and 48 hours when panning cold food, prior to service. We also understand that last minute meeting requests happen and will make every effort to accommodate them. *Before placing your catering order please inform the Catering Manager if any person in your party has a food allergy.

Deliveries

7:00 am – 3:00 pm.

All functions are priced for daytime service.

Minimum $15 order charge.

Guest Count

Our offerings are based on a minimum of 10 guests. Special exceptions upon request.

Please let us know your final guest count 48 hours prior to delivery.

Labor

Need service before 7am? We will be happy to accommodate! Please note fees apply.

After Hours? The hourly fee for Servers, Bartenders and Chefs is $50 per hour. Four hours minimum applies to all positions.

Cancellation

If plans have changed and you need to cancel your event, please let us know no later than 48 hours in advances.

Cancellations received with less than 48 hours in advance will be charged for all costs incurred.

The MITRE Corporation Requires:

When ordering catering, limit the cost per person to an amount within MITRE’s allowable per diem rates. Fast Jump: per Diem for more information.

PCard holders are required to attach a list of attendees with the catering invoice to the Transaction in Oracle iExpense during their allocation process.

Non-MITRE events are subject to local and city taxes.

Requests who have, or will have, a cash payment towards their catering invoice should follow the Straight Arrow policy provided by MITRE. Please pay your catering event with a PCard and collect the cash, get a Cashier’s check to provide to The MITRE Corporation with the balance of the cash appropriated to the event.
